Red Lion at Moore Village

Thanks to everyone who stayed for the Fun night on Thursday 7th.
This was the first of hopefully many fun nights that will run every Thursday night consisting of general knowledge, music and picture quiz. Well done to Real Radio’s Jo Lloyd’s team for winning with 35 point out of a possible 60.
 Also a favourite on the night was a mini horse race where customers could place a bet on any of the 8 runners on 3 races. Land lady Shirley Tempest could not resist having a bet and after winning twice gave the winnings back and they were added to the last game of the evening. “Cash Bingo” One lucky winner walked away with a cash prize and a free bottle of wine curtsey of the Red Lion. Just to finish the night of some great singers on karaoke.
Please join Shirley, Mike, DJ MC Paul Cuz and the gang on Thursday 14th April 2011 and bring some friends. All proceeds from the evening will go to the nominated charity of the evening.
All proceeds from this event went to St Luke’s Hospice which was nominated by Shirley.
